How fast is LearnCube Whiteboard API to integrate?
Our documentation is simple to understand and fast to implement. We tend to find our customers take 2 - 6 hours to implement our API.
Can I customise the Whiteboard environment?
Yes. You can add your logo and use your own domain so you can better promote your company brand.

How many classes can I run at the same time?
LearnCube provides unlimited concurrency. You can run as many concurrent classes as you like. Each class has a multi-tab whiteboard for participants to collaborate online in real-time.

How do you calculate the minutes?
When a user opens a Learncube Whiteboard, we log the timestamp and the unique ID of this connection. We count the minutes until the user(s) disconnect.
How many students can I teach in a group class?
Our experience has shown that groups of up to 8 students offer the best learning experience. However, groups of up to 32 are possible using our Whiteboard-only API.
How can I manage my own class content/library/file repository?
In some cases, you can connect your own AWS bucket to instantly provide all teachers with access to your content library directly within the LearnCube Whiteboard environment.
Additionally, we offer our ESL content via API. While there is an additional cost, it is significantly more affordable than the traditional pay-per-student pricing model.
Which programming languages or systems is the LearnCube compatible with?
Our API is REST-based so it is language agnostic. If you have a system in WordPress, Java, PHP, etc... it all works.
Can you share the API documentation, please?
From learncube.com, sign up or log in, and access the Dashboard. Make sure you have chosen the 'Developer' role in your Profile settings.
Click the API tab.
Hit the toggle to turn the API on and you're ready to start with your integration.
