If you are using LearnCube's Online School Premium, you will have the ability to share folders with other users.
In LearnCube's Content Library, the folder owner controls the files. You can share files with other users, but they will not be able to edit the file properties or share the files with other users.
Sharing files with teachers
When you give teachers access to folders, they will be able to access those files in class and preview them in the Library Admin, but they will not be able to edit the file in the Library Admin.
Sharing files with students
Students will be able to preview files shared with them in the Library Admin, but they will not be able to edit the file properties or download the files.
Personal Folders
Every teacher and student has their own personal folder. Only they can edit or remove files in these folders.

School Admins can view everything.
Teachers can view their personal folders and the main school folder.
Students can only see their personal folders.

Sharing a whole folder with students or teachers
If, as an Admin, you want to share a whole folder with a student or teacher, simply click on the "Share Folder" button.
This will open the edit properties window.
You can see which users can access this folder in the "Permissions" list (1.)
To remove a user, click on the "-" button (2.)
To add a user, click on the "+" button in the sharing panel (3.)
You can search for users by typing their names into the search bar (4.)

Teachers can share folders with their assigned students (if the school flow works with assigned students to specific teachers).
Please keep in mind that in order for a student or teacher to be listed as a user you can share folders with, they must have logged into the Online School at least once.
