Folders allow you to organise your files efficiently. Each teacher has their own folder*. Any files uploaded in the classroom will be added to this folder.

*note: new teachers' folders won't appear on the list until they have logged into their account at least once.

Sharing folders with teachers & students

If you are using LearnCube's Online School or Online School, you will have the ability to share folders with other users.

Only the folder owner/creator can edit the folder’s contents. This means that to share files with another user, you will need to create a folder and share the contents with them. In some cases, you may want to copy files into it from another folder.

If you want to share a whole folder with a student or teacher, simply click on the "Share Folder" button.
