Think of 'cookies' like 'crumbs' of information that a website uses to remember who you are and what you've done. This helps a platform like LearnCube log you in automatically so you don't have to login every time.

Sometimes LearnCube can "remember" an old trail...i.e. to the wrong account. In this case it's important to delete the old trail and start from fresh.

The first and easiest option is to refresh your cache/cookies (here are very easy instructions for Firefox, Safari, Chrome)

Step 1: Open your Google Chrome browser

Step 2: Click Settings

Step 3: Type 'Privacy' in the search bar.

Step 4: Click on Cookies and other site data

Step 5: Scroll down and click on See all cookies and site data

Step 6: Search for the URL of your school. For example: schoolname.live-online-classes.com.

Step 7: Click on the delete icon.
