How to clear your browser cookies or cache?

Delete browser cookies if LearnCube is "confused" or automatically "misidentifying" you as a particular user.

Think of 'cookies' as 'crumbs' of information that a website uses to remember who you are and what you've done. This helps a platform like LearnCube log you in automatically so you don't have to log in every time.

Sometimes LearnCube can "remember" an old trail...i.e. to the wrong account or previous settings. In this case, it's important to delete the old trail and start fresh.

To resolve this, the first and easiest option is to refresh your cache and cookies. Please choose and click on the following links depending on your browser. Choose between Firefox, Safari, or Chrome.

Otherwise, follow these instructions here if you want only to delete the cookies for LearnCube.

Step 1: Open your Google Chrome browser

Step 2: Click Settings

Step 3: Type 'Privacy' in the search bar.

Step 4: Click on Cookies and other site data

Step 5: Scroll down and click on See all cookies and site data

Step 6: Search for the URL of your school. For example, schoolname.live-online-classes.com.

Step 7: Click on the delete icon.
