We provide some high-level details about students' credit usage on the right side of the student's profile. This can serve as a handy quick reference without having to run any reports.
Here is some more detailed information on each field provided.
Total used credits: The number of credits this user has used by booking classes or being enrolled by teachers/admins.
Remaining: The number of unused credits available to book classes.
Purchased: The total amount of credits purchased
Upcoming: The total amount of classes the student is enrolled in that have not taken place yet.
No show: The number of times this student was marked as a no-show.
Cancelled: The number of times a class this student was enrolled in was cancelled.
Refunded: The number of credits that were returned to a student because of a cancellation.
Total attended: The total amount of classes this student has attended.
Total enrolled: The total amount of classes this student was enrolled in regardless of attendance.
