What do the fields in the student account section mean?

An explanation of the account section on the student's profile page. The section contains information relating to the students credit usage

We provide some high-level details about students' credit usage on the right side of the student's profile. This can serve as a handy quick reference without having to run any reports.

Here is some more detailed information on each field provided.

  • Total used credits: The number of credits this user has used by booking classes or being enrolled by teachers/admins.

  • Remaining: The number of unused credits available to book classes.

  • Purchased: The total amount of credits purchased

  • Upcoming: The total amount of classes the student is enrolled in that have not taken place yet.

  • No show: The number of times this student was marked as a no-show.

  • Cancelled: The number of times a class this student was enrolled in was cancelled.

  • Refunded: The number of credits that were returned to a student because of a cancellation.

  • Total attended: The total amount of classes this student has attended.

  • Total enrolled: The total amount of classes this student was enrolled in regardless of attendance.
