Notification Emails

When does a user get notification emails from my Online School platform

Users registered to your Online School will automatically receive email notifications in certain situations.

The email notifications are all automatic, so you don't need to lift a finger.

Emails are triggered when:

  • A class is booked by the student (confirmation to teacher & student)

  • A student is enrolled in a class or course (to student)

  • A class is cancelled by the student (to teacher)

  • A class is cancelled by the teacher (to student)

  • A user receives an internal message

  • Class reminder emails are also sent to both teacher and students, two hours before each class.

Email notifications are not sent when an account is created by the administrator. This allows you to do any necessary setup on the account before sending the user their login details.
