Within the Online School, as an administrator, you might want to remember either a teacher's vacation date or a student's special occasion. You can set student and teacher reminders within your school to use for these purposes and better manage their accounts.
How to create a student reminder
1. From your dashboard, click on Students in the left-hand bar.
2. Click on Edit
3. Click on Edit Student
4. Click inside the Set Reminder box. Choose the time and date you'd like to activate the reminder for.
5. Choose the teacher who will be assigned the reminder. Insert a reason for the reminder.
6. Click Save
How to create a teacher reminder
1. From your dashboard, click on Teachers in the left-hand bar.
2. Click on Edit
3. Click on Edit Teacher
4. Click inside the Set Reminder box. Choose the time and date you'd like to activate the reminder for.
5. Insert a reason for the reminder.
6. Click Save
How to manage reminders
1. From your dashboard, click on School Admin
2. From here, you'll be able to view all outstanding reminders.
