This is how you add a class material for your online classes (PDF, video, audio, etc) which all teachers will be 


1. Click School Admin

2. Click Library

3. Click Add Item

4. Choose File

5. Fill Fields

6. Save


All materials you save in your centralised library, become available for all teachers associated with your platform through their virtual classroom. 

This makes it easier for you to deliver a more consistent standard with consistent lesson materials.

However, if a teacher uploads their own personal class materials via the virtual classroom. These will not be shared with anyone else and will only be viewable to that teacher.

Tip: Name your resources with "titles" that are quick for teachers to search for inside the classroom

An example is using: Company_level_unit_lesson_short description.

Please avoid unusual characters in your titles like ' or = which could accidentally cause an error. Use - or _ instead if possible.
