Why your timezone matters
Each student, teacher, and admin account on the Online School platform has its own time zone setting. This ensures all classes, schedules, and reminders display correctly for you.
New users who have not yet confirmed their time zone will see a pop-up prompt on the dashboard when they log in. This prompt will continue to appear until a time zone is selected.
How to change your time zone
Follow these steps to update your time zone at any time:
1. Click on your profile picture in the top right-hand corner
2. Choose View Profile
3. Click Edit
4. Select the desired time zone and click Save
These steps are the same for both student and teacher accounts.
Admins can set or update the time zone for teachers and students directly in the CRM:
Open the user’s profile in the admin dashboard.
Edit their details and select the appropriate time zone.
Save the changes.
This is useful when onboarding new users or correcting mismatched time zones.
