It's easy to create classes and enrol students in LearnCube’s Online School.
Note: If you are using our Virtual Classroom plan for individual teachers, you can find out how to add a class here.
To create a new class, you can click on Add a Single Class from the Add Class or Class Admin drop-down menus on your main dashboard, or by clicking on Add Class in your Upcoming Classes Dashboard.
Class Details
First, you will need to enter some basic details to create your class.
- A class must have a teacher assigned and the start date must be in the future. 
- To create a group class, change the number of available seats. 
- To create a one-to-one class, leave the available seats value at 1. 
| Teacher | Here you can assign the teacher. You can search by their name or username. | 
| Custom Title | Here you can set a name for your class, which will appear in the Upcoming Classes Dashboard. | 
| Description | Here you can add a short description, which will be visible to the student and teacher on their dashboards. | 
| Company | If your school uses a Company add-on, you can assign the company from the drop-down menu here. | 
| Start Date | The date of the class. | 
| Time | The start time for the class. In the drop-down menu, you will see times in 15-minute increments. If you would prefer a different start time, you can type any number of minutes into the box manually. | 
| Duration | You can set the duration of the class by using the + / - buttons, or by typing directly into the box. | 
| Available Seats | You can allow up to eight students in a regular group class. For a one-to-one class, leave the value at 1. | 
| Language | The language or subject for this class. | 
| Category | You can add an existing class category from the drop-down, or click the plus icon to add a new category for this class. | 
| Level | The level for this class can be chosen from the drop-down. | 
| Record Class | If your school has enabled the Class Recording add-on, you can set this class to be automatically recorded here. | 
| Whiteboard Only | Tick this box to disable video and audio in the class. | 
| Webinar Mode | If your school has the Webinar Mode add-on enabled, you can check this box to create a Webinar Mode class and allow up to 15 students. | 
| Free Class | Tick this box to create a free class. No credit will be deducted from students enrolled into a free class. | 
When you have set all of the class details, click the Save button.
Enrolling Students
To enrol students, click on the Available tab on the Student Panel. This will show you a list of all students who are available and have sufficient credits.
You can search for the student by username or name using the search bar.
To add a student click on the Add button.
Then, click on the Pending tab to double-check your student list. When you are happy, click the Enrol button on the bottom right.
You will now see all of the enrolled students in the Enrolled tab.
