How to create Classes and Courses?
LearnCube is now simplifying the ability to create classes and courses, removing the old "recurring classes" option. Instead, admins can create single classes or courses that will have the option to be open to students' self-enrolment.
Class Scheduling
Admins can now create classes and manage student enrollment in one integrated page. This includes viewing teachers' availability and students' credits.
Key Features:
Adjust Class Details: Modify the time, day, teacher, and features like recordings or webinar mode.
Streamlined Enrollment: Enroll students directly on the class page, with real-time visibility of their availability and credit balance.
Easy Editing: Access a left-side detail panel to quickly edit class information such as the title, assigned teacher, and maximum student capacity.
Courses Scheduling
Admins can benefit from a cleaner, safer way to build a course: define it first, then schedule its classes.
Step 1: Enter Course Details
Specify the course name, instructor, subject, description, language, category, and start dates. Include course modality and any other relevant details in the left panel.
Step 2: Schedule Classes
Add sessions in bulk or one by one. Review dates. Sessions appear as Pending until you click Confirm, giving you a chance to make changes before finalizing.
