Your Upcoming Classes Dashboard helps to streamline your scheduling processes and provides the tools to ensure efficient class management.

Learncube new Upcoming Classes Panel

Key Features:

Filter Panel

On the left panel, you can see some quick filters. It's possible to filter by teacher, student, company (for schools using the Company add-on), course type, and category.

When filtering by a teacher or student, you can search for either the username or first or last name.

At the bottom of this section, you can also see buttons to Add a Class or Add a Course.

Date Range

On the top right, you can select the date range in which you want to view upcoming classes. You can also change the time zone from the drop-down menu.

Main Panel

On the right is the main panel, including Classes, Courses, Categories, and Course Types.

Classes

Here you can see all of the upcoming classes in the selected time range. It's possible to edit or enter the class using the buttons on the right. If a class is part of a course, it's also possible to open the Course Menu using the button on the left.

Once a class has started, you will see the status change from "Upcoming" to "Live", and a badge will appear beside the teacher or student names, indicating whether that user has attended the class.

Please note: You should refresh the screen to view the most up-to-date attendance status of live classes.

Courses

In the Courses panel, you can see a quick overview of upcoming and ongoing courses within the selected date range.

It’s possible to access the Course Menu from buttons on the right.

While the Courses panel is open, you will also see the Course Type filter appearing in your Filters Panel on the left.

Categories and Course Types

Categories and Course Types are custom tags to help you organise classes and courses.

  • Categories apply to classes

  • Course Types apply to courses

In these panels, you can add a new category or course type, as well as edit or delete existing ones.
