A school may allow students to request a class at a particular time.

This is the user flow for the student:

1. The student may be able to click 'Request a class' from their Dashboard or from the bottom of the Teacher's calendar view

3. The student fills out the important information

4. The student sees that the class request is pending

5. The student sees this 'Waiting confirmation' (2.0) also on the student Dashboard until the class is confirmed.

To confirm the class, the school administrator needs to confirm this.

The administrator will see a notification from their nav bar

Click Add Class

Assign a teacher

And click Save

This confims the booking

And then the student can see the class is booked from their own Dashboard (they will be prompted to complete our full troubleshooter to prevent any avoidable technical issues)
