If you are a standalone Virtual Classroom user, you can access the library admin by clicking on the "Content Library" box on your dashboard.

If you are a teacher in an Online School, you can access it by clicking on the " Library" menu item on your dashboard.

If you have an admin account, you can access it either from the " Library" menu item or from the library icon on your admin sidebar.
