If you have a monthly Virtual Classroom or Whiteboard PRO subscription and you decide to cancel it, there are several ways to do it.
Visit our customer portal here --> enter the email address associated with your Virtual Classroom or Whiteboard account --> once logged in, select "Cancel subscription"
Go to your Dashboard and click on the right-top profile icon with your picture. It will open a menu with options where you can select to cancel your Subscription:
Alternatively, you can also email us at support@learncube.com, and we can cancel your subscription for you (just please confirm with us the email you are using for your account).
Also: we'd greatly appreciate it if you could take a couple of minutes to give us some feedback on this form before cancelling your subscription.
