LearnCube allows you and your teacher to stream video/audio through your web browser.

What you need to teach using LearnCube:

  1. A relatively modern computer (we support PC's less than 3 years old)

  2. A modern web browser (e.g. Chrome or Firefox)

  3. A reliable internet connection.

So if you're experiencing an issue it's likely linked to one of these areas. Click the links to go to the solution.

The most common issues and causes are:

  1. Can't enter the class? Have you clicked Enter Class or could there be a firewall preventing you?

  2. Can't see your teacher? They may not have allowed their webcam or you may want to refresh the video feed (its the refresh icon over your video).

  3. Can't hear your teacher? Let's start with an easy mistake, even the LearnCube team have done, have you connected your headphones properly? Otherwise, refreshing your video/audio (its the refresh icon over your video).

  4. Your teacher can't see or hear you? Have you allowed your webcam and microphone? If some, but not others, can hear you - perhaps try reconnecting the video/audio here.

  5. You are noticing an echo? Do you have your headphones on?

  6. You keep disconnecting? Your internet connection might be fast but unstable. Please go through to the last step of our troubleshooter here where we can check latency and packet loss (indicators or an unstable internet connection).
