If you're unsatisfied with the video/audio quality of the video is simply not displaying, start by choosing our backup video provider.

Simply click Settings

And switch Video Server from Green to Blue or vice versa.

If that is not sufficient, click External and you can add a link to any video provider you and your students will have e.g. Google Meet or Zoom.
