If you'd like to use LearnCube's payment gateway so that students can easily pay for their classes, you'll need to follow a few simple steps. We'll send over a payment gateway form to help you get things configured.
Here's a quick video explaining how the payment gateway works:
Set up a Stripe or PayPal account
If you're using Stripe, we'll need the API keys to connect Stripe and LearnCube. You can find information on providing the keys here. Add the keys to the payment gateway form.
Additionally, you'll need to add a setting to your Stripe account in the form of a webhook. We have information on how to do that here.
You'll need to decide which currency you want to use and add that to the form. Just make sure it's a supported currency.
Creating your student payment plans
After you've followed the steps above, you can start adding your plan information. You can add six to the payment gateway form. If you'd like to add more though, we can support this. Each plan requires the following information:
Name (choose a name for the plan, for example, 'Gold')
Description (for example 'This plan is for 6 classes of 30 minutes each')
Number of classes/credits (if it's a payment for 6 classes, that'd be 6 credits, for example)
Plan type: choose between one-off or subscription.
Class type: Choose whether the plan is for 1:1 or group classes
