Sometimes you're in a class with a student and something isn't working...
Maybe the student's video is not displaying, you can't hear them or they keep dropping out.
The LearnCube Issue Diagnostics tool is really helpful for this. The teacher and the student can access this from the Settings cog icon on the right of the whiteboard.

This helps you see what the issue might be...
For example in the above example, the video is missing. So the student has probably not enabled the browser to access their video. The student should redo the classroom tests and enable their video.
Please hover over the student name to get browser information.
You can also see other important information, e.g. errors, disconnections, quality (of the internet connection), etc
This is what the student can see if they try the same tool.
