LearnCube Issue Diagnostics Tool to diagnose and resolve issues asap

Sometimes, you're in a class with a student, and something isn't working... 

Maybe the student's video is not displaying, you can't hear them, or they keep dropping out.

The LearnCube Issue Diagnostics tool is really helpful for this. The teacher and the student can access this from the Settings cog icon on the right of the whiteboard.

This helps you see what the issue might be...

For example, the video is missing in the above example. So, the student probably has not enabled the browser to access their video. The student should redo the classroom tests and enable their video.

Please hover over the student's name to get browser information.

You can also see other important information, e.g. errors, disconnections and internet connection.

Note: This feature will only be enabled on classes that run on the green server. If you'd like to switch servers, you can do it from the "Video Server" dropdown.
