How to invite a student to a classroom

If you're using a standalone Virtual Classroom account, it's easy to get a link to share with your students to join your class.

Using our standalone Virtual Classroom solution, your students don't need a LearnCube account to access a class, all you need to do is share the student invite link.

From the dashboard:

  1. Click Create class

  2. Click Student link

  3. Click Copy and paste into your email or calendar invite

Alternatively, use our quick email/calendar invite buttons.

The advantages are:

  • The student will not see or be confused by any other upcoming classes.  

  • The link will take the student directly into the class.

  • The student is not required to create a LearnCube account.

  • The link will clearly expire no later than 24 hours after the start time so you will have a separate, clear report of the class from the Past Class tab.
