Accessing Your Payment History
The Customer Portal provides instant access to all your invoices and receipts for Online School monthly subscription payments.
Steps to Download Invoices
1. Log In to the Customer Portal
Visit: https://billing.stripe.com/p/login/4gM6oG8899dx8WS30DcbC00
2. Enter Your Billing Email
Use your registered billing email address and click the login link sent to your inbox.
3. Navigate to Payment History
Once logged in, look for "Invoice History" section.
4. Select the Invoice You Need
You'll see a list of all past payments with:
Payment date
Amount charged
Service description
5. Download Your Invoice
Click on the invoice to view it, then use the download button to save the original invoice or the receipt.
How Far Back Can I Access?
You can view and download invoices for:
All payments made during your current subscription
Historical payments from previous subscriptions
Your complete payment history remains available as long as you maintain your account.

Invoice:
Generated for each payment
Includes detailed billing information
Used for accounting and tax purposes
Formal payment documentation
Receipt:
Proof of completed payment
Shows transaction details
Often simpler than full invoice
In the portal, you'll have access to both formats for each payment.
