Canceling Your Subscription
You can cancel your Online School subscription at any time through the Customer Portal.
Steps to Cancel
1. Access the Customer Portal
Visit: https://billing.stripe.com/p/login/4gM6oG8899dx8WS30DcbC00
2. Log In with Your Billing Email
Enter the email address we have on file for billing. Check your inbox for the secure login link.
3. Locate Your Subscription
Once logged in, you'll see your current subscription details, including plan type and renewal date.
4. Click "Cancel Subscription"
Look for the cancel option in your subscription settings.
5. Confirm Cancellation
Follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation decision.
What Happens After Cancellation?
Immediate Effect: Your subscription will be marked for cancellation
Access Continues: You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period
No Further Charges: Your payment method will not be charged again
Confirmation Email: You'll receive confirmation of your cancellation
Important Notes About Cancellation
⚠️ No Refunds for Partial Periods
If you cancel mid-billing cycle, you won't receive a refund for the remaining time. Your access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for.

Subscription Status Overview
You can always check your current subscription status in the portal:
Active: Currently subscribed with auto-renewal enabled
Canceled: Marked for cancellation at end of current period
Expired: Previous subscription has ended
