What is the Customer Portal?

The Customer Portal is your self-service hub for managing your Online School subscription. Through this portal, you can handle billing tasks independently without needing to contact support.

What You Can Do in the Portal

Cancel or renew your subscription - Manage your plan status
View payment history - See all past transactions
Download invoices and receipts - Access documentation for accounting
Update payment methods - Change credit cards or payment details
Update billing information - Modify address and billing contact details

How to Access the Portal

Step 1: Visit the Portal Login Page
Go to: https://billing.stripe.com/p/login/4gM6oG8899dx8WS30DcbC00

Step 2: Enter Your Billing Email
Use the email address we have on file as your main billing contact.

Step 3: Check Your Email
Stripe will send you a secure login link to verify your identity.

Step 4: Click the Login Link
Click the link in your email to access your portal (the link expires after a short time for security).

Troubleshooting Customer Portal Access Issues

Problem: Don't Know Billing Email Address

Solution: If you're unsure which email we have on file for billing:

  1. Provide your organization name or account details

  2. We'll confirm the billing email address for you

Problem: Not Receiving Login Link Email

If you enter your email but don't receive the login link:

Check These First:

  1. Spam/Junk Folder - Login emails sometimes get filtered

  2. Email Typos - Ensure you entered your email correctly

  3. Email Delivery Delay - Wait 5-10 minutes before retrying

  4. Correct Email - Verify you're using the billing email on file

Still Not Receiving?

  • Try requesting another link (wait a few minutes between attempts)

  • Check with your IT department if emails from Stripe are being blocked

  • Add @stripe.com to your email safe senders list

Problem: Login Link Expired

Login links expire after a short time for security.

Solution:

  1. Return to the portal login page

  2. Enter your billing email again

  3. Request a fresh login link

  4. Use the new link within a few minutes
