Admins can now adjust class and course schedules directly from the same panel where they manage enrollment, teacher assignments, and student information. This makes it easier to update dates, times, or teachers without duplicating work.
LearnCube developed this improved rescheduling flow to give school administrators more control and reduce the effort involved in correcting or adapting schedules.
How to Reschedule a Single Class
Single classes can be rescheduled directly from the Classes tab in the Upcoming Classes Panel.
To update a class:
Find the class you want to edit and click Edit Class
The class details will open
Update the time, date, duration, number of available seats, or other settings such as:
Assigned teacher
Language taught
Recording or webinar options
Click Save to apply your changes
Return to the home page by clicking on the top left icon.
This allows admins to quickly correct or adjust individual sessions without needing to recreate or cancel the class.
How to Reschedule Classes in Courses
Course classes can be rescheduled directly from the class list within each course. Instead of using a calendar view, the new Scheduling Panel offers a clear list of all sessions in the course. This simplifies comparing times and dates and allows for easy rescheduling of specific classes when needed. Admins can also toggle between the Classes and Teachers tabs to check teacher availability and avoid conflicts, providing a comprehensive view of upcoming schedules.
Admins can edit the date, time, teacher, or class duration settings of any class.
To reschedule a single class:
Open the relevant course from the Scheduling Panel
Go to the Course Classes tab
Click Edit next to the class
Adjust the time, date, class duration, or students allowed (if allowed).
Save the changes
The Advanced Edit option enables further modifications, such as adjusting webinar settings or reassigning teachers, and will open in a new page.
Note: The Course Details section does not affect classes times or dates, as Learncube has designed the system to offer full flexibility for courses, allowing these class features to be edited on a class-by-class basis if necessary after the course is created.
